By downloading or using Pingoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pingoo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our consent

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Pingoo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. In-App Purchases

Pingoo offers virtual coins and premium features for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

7. Disclaimer

Pingoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any content posted by users or for any interactions between users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
